We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Art Director to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Art Director, you will lead the visual development of campaigns, ensuring they are both innovative and aligned with the brand’s goals. You’ll collaborate closely with creative teams, strategists, and clients to deliver stunning, impactful work that resonates with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AD team to elevate innovation and establish a unified brand understanding and company voice.
• Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, sound knowledge of copy, website content, social media, and other marketing materials figuring out a unique art style for each.
• Oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for cross-organizational use.
• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience.
• Ensure the smooth flow of daily work among all departments, with assistance provided when needed.
• Lead brainstorming sessions.
• Train juniors to create brand stories through art directed presentations.
• Collaborate with the Creative leadership so that the AD skill of the department meets the standards expected of you by the ECD or the ACD.

Key Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of professional experience in graphic design, with 2 or more years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Exceptional ability in typography, layout, and prototyping.
• Highly skilled in leading a team of creatives with ability to manage client presentations.
• Strong creative vision with attention to business objectives.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
