Video Producer & Editor (Social)
We’re looking for a creative and dynamic Video Producer & Editor (Social) who can conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. This role demands a sharp eye for storytelling, fast editing skills, and a deep understanding of what makes content go viral.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, storyboard, and shoot video content for social media campaigns and always-on content.
- Edit videos with a strong sense of pacing, music, and storytelling for maximum impact.
- Experiment with trending formats, transitions, and platform-specific content styles.
- Work with the creative and marketing team to align videos with campaign objectives.
- Capture both in-studio and on-location content (events, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle shoots).
- Stay up-to-date on social media video trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Optimize videos for multiple platforms, ratios, and lengths.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in shooting and editing video content (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of social media trends (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Ability to shoot with DSLRs/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and even mobile devices.
- Creative storytelling skills with a knack for making content relatable and shareable.
- Knowledge of basic motion graphics and sound design is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
