Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the IT domain – including websites, web applications, server management, chatbots, and AI-based solutions. 
• Act as the bridge between clients and the development team, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
• Manage client onboarding, presentations, proposals, and regular business reviews.
• Oversee project progress, invoices, timelines, and follow-ups with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
• Proactively support clients during incidents or urgent requirements in collaboration with the dev team (flexible beyond standard hours).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Business Development, Client Servicing, or Project Management role (preferably in IT).
• Strong understanding of IT projects in the web and digital space.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written) with strong presentation abilities.
• A degree in Business Management, Marketing, or IT will be an added advantage.
• Excellent people skills, proactive mindset, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
