We’re looking for a Marketing Web Developer who can build and maintain high-performing marketing websites and landing pages that directly drive growth. This role sits at the intersection of web development and marketing. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to turn ideas into fast, optimized, conversion-focused web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain marketing websites, landing pages, and blog pages.
- Translate marketing requirements into fast, clean, and scalable web pages.
- Improve website performance (speed, mobile responsiveness, Core Web Vitals).
- Manage and maintain CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, or similar).
- Integrate analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager).
- Use AI tools to speed up development, content deployment, and workflow automation.
- Fix technical issues affecting performance, tracking, or user experience.
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in web development (frontend or CMS-based).
- Strong HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript skills.
- Experience building and managing websites using WordPress, Webflow, or a similar CMS.
- Comfortable working directly with marketing teams (not just engineering teams).
- Understanding of how websites support funnels, lead generation, and conversions.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to SEO fundamentals (not required, but helpful).
- Experience working in agency environments.
- Interest in AI-driven marketing systems and workflows.
