We are looking for a hybrid Art Director to join Loops Integrated – someone who goes beyond traditional static layouts. This role demands a forward-thinking creative who is just as comfortable directing a video shoot as they are prompting an AI engine to accelerate pitch ideation. You will play a pivotal role in shaping visual strategies, driving high-quality creative output, and integrating next-generation tools to streamline how we build campaigns and win pitches.
Creative Strategy & Art Direction
- Conceptualize and execute bold, culturally resonant visual campaigns across digital, social and traditional touchpoints.
- Lead visual storytelling from the initial client brief through to the final execution.
- Collaborate closely with Strategy Pods, Copywriters, and Project Managers to ensure creative aligns perfectly with brand goals and campaign objectives.
- Elevate the overall aesthetic quality and speed of delivery for both proactive pitches and retained client work.
Video Production & Execution
- Drive video concepts, including storyboarding, mood boards and pre-production planning.
- Provide hands-on post-production support, editing, and color grading (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro) for quick-turnaround agency projects.
- Direct on-set shoots to ensure the visual output matches the approved creative vision.
Generative AI Integration
- Leverage Gen AI tools to rapidly generate mockups, storyboards and concept art for client pitches.
- Experiment with new AI video and image models to find efficiencies in the creative workflow without compromising quality.
- Act as an internal champion for AI-assisted design, helping to establish best practices for ethical and effective AI usage within the creative team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Visual Designer within an advertising agency setting.
- A diverse portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking, high-end static design, and dynamic video campaigns.
- Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Hands-on proficiency with video editing and post-production software.
- Demonstrable fluency and active experience with Generative AI tools for visual and video asset creation.
