Finance Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented finance professional looking to grow career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue client invoices and ensure timely dispatch.
- Record customer receipts and maintain accounts receivable records.
- Prepare weekly collection and AR aging reports.
- Perform bank, credit card, and advertising account reconciliations.
- Manage petty cash and process supplier payments.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation financial schedules.
- Assist with VAT, WHT and other tax schedules.
- Handle client and vendor registrations and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit readiness.
- Liaise with banks, government authorities and other external stakeholders as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
