As we continue to expand our digital marketing capabilities, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager of Digital Marketing to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support
- Collaborate with the Manager to design and implement digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives and business goals.
- Contribute to planning sessions and help shape campaign direction through market research and analysis.
- Act as a second-in-command to the Manager, stepping in to oversee projects and team activities as needed.
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of campaign performance, insights, and optimization suggestions to clients and internal stakeholders.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, content, and account management teams to align digital campaigns with broader marketing goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Act as the quality control checkpoint for digital deliverables, ensuring they meet client requirements and brand standards.
Innovation & Insights
- Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing to bring innovative ideas to campaigns.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and best practices for clients.
Client and Vendor Coordination
- Support client relationships by participating in meetings and ensuring their requirements are met with precision.
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to industry regulations and guidelines, including those related to digital advertising and consumer privacy.
Qualifications & Skills
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record in campaign planning and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and a passion for continuous learning.
