We're looking for a dedicated and well experienced individual to join our vibrant team to undertake the following tasks, Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Understanding client briefs, identifying business problems of clients and providingstrategic marketing communications solutions.
• Interacting with clients and building relationships with them while ensuring their requirements are being met.
• Developing clear, creative agency briefs based on the requirement of the client and internal departments.
• Discuss and support develop creative and innovative solutions by collaborating with other departments within the agency to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Keeping track of the latest trends and advances in technologies and understandingthe progress in marketing technologies such as digital marketing, to offer the best solutions to clients.
• Developing and implementing growth strategies to achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial allocated targets.
• Collaborating (and assisting) with other departments within the company to plan and execute internal and external projects

Key Requirements

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles or in an advertising agency will be an added advantage
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Deadline driven and highly motivated
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
