We are looking for a self-motivated and charismatic individual to join our Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for the agency.
- Work towards achieving the company’s acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies to grow the client pipeline.
- Develop an overseas business pipeline by engaging with clients and partners.
- Maintain and grow the local business pipeline.
- Proactively propose innovative solutions for clients in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop clear, creative briefs based on client requirements.
- Work with internal stakeholders to create materials needed for overseas market outreach.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing, with demonstrable success.
- A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- CRM experience is not required, but the ability to quickly adapt is preferred.
