We are looking for a self-motivated and charismatic individual to join our Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients for the agency.
Work towards achieving the company’s acquisition targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies to grow the client pipeline.
Develop an overseas business pipeline by engaging with clients and partners.
Maintain and grow the local business pipeline.
Proactively propose innovative solutions for clients in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Develop clear, creative briefs based on client requirements.
Work with internal stakeholders to create materials needed for overseas market outreach.
Key Requirements:
Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing, with demonstrable success.
A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
CRM experience is not required, but the ability to quickly adapt is preferred.
