Business Development Executive

Loops is an award-winning creative-led integrated marketing agency. The company has operations in Sri Lanka, Qatar and Australia.  Our clients include brands from around the world; multinational and local; across a multitude of industries.

 

We are looking for a self-motivated charismatic individual to join our Business Development team to undertake the following tasks;

Key Responsibilities and Duties

 

  • Identifying and acquiring new clients for the agency
  • Work towards achieving the company’s acquisition targets
  • Work with internal teams to develop and execute strategies to grow the client pipeline.
  • Develop an overseas business pipeline for by working with clients as well as partners
  • Maintain the local business pipeline
  • Proactively coming up with innovative solutions for clients in collaboration with other departments within the scope of the agency
  • Developing clear, creative client briefs based on the requirement of the client and internal departments
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop the required material to go market overseas
  • Develop and maintain an overseas Referral programme.

Key Requirements

 

  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Degree/ Equivalent qualification would be ideal, but not compulsory
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • CRM experience not mandatory, but quick adoption preferred.
