We are looking for English and Sinhala Creative Writers to undertake the following tasks:

Responsibilities

• Ideating and managing copy-related work across traditional/digital platforms.
• Formulating a cross-platform content and strategy.
• Understanding client briefs, identifying business problems of clients and assisting the team to provide strategic communications solutions.
• Collaborating with (including assisting) the team and other departments within the company to plan and execute internal and external projects.
• Maintaining project deadlines.
• Continuing our high standards of copy and creativity in communications solutions.
• Keeping track of latest trends, tools, creative concepts and advancements in technologies and understanding the progress in communication technologies, with the aim of offering innovative and creative solutions to clients.
• Proactively coming up with innovative solutions to clients within the scope of the agency.
• Conceptualizing and executing campaigns for creative awards.

Requirements

• 2+ years agency experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with digital communication platforms
• Excellent writing skills in Sinhala. Knowledge in other languages will be an added advantage
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
