Digital Marketing Executive
Loops is an award-winning creative-led integrated marketing agency. The company has operations in Sri Lanka, Qatar and Australia. Our clients include brands from around the world; multinational and local; across a multitude of industries.
We are looking for a digital marketing professional who will be responsible for various functional aspects of managing, streamlining and executing operations for clients, among other tasks. Being a live wire will be an advantage, as there’ll be plenty of deadlines to keep. This person will also need to curate and maintain feasible and effective strategies to ensure that clients reach overall market goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage paid media execution across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google.
- Set up, monitor and optimize digital ad campaigns based on campaign objectives.
- Track campaign budgets, spends, pacing and performance.
- Coordinate content calendars, campaign rollouts, briefs and posting schedules.
- Manage day-to-day social media activity across brand channels.
- Work closely with creative, design, copy, account management and strategy teams.
- Prepare monthly reports with insights, learnings and recommendations.
- Monitor trends, conversations and platform updates to identify content opportunities.
- Liaise with the community management team and escalate customer queries where required.
- Ensure all work follows brand guidelines, client requirements and internal timelines.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing position.
- In-depth knowledge in digital strategy, social platforms, paid media platforms, best practices and analytic tools.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
