We are looking to hire a Paid Media Specialist to join our Performance Marketing Team. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms for a diverse client base, both locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant digital channels.
- Work with clients to understand business goals and recommend media strategies and budget allocations that drive results.
- Handle end-to-end campaign management: strategy, setup, monitoring, optimization, reporting, and communication.
- Generate detailed performance reports and insights, including CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), CLV (Customer Lifetime Value), ROI, and other key KPIs.
- Advise clients on where and how to invest their media budgets for the highest return.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and platform updates to improve performance and stay ahead.
Key Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Strong understanding of media planning, A/B testing, audience targeting, and funnel strategy.
- Proven track record of managing campaigns across multiple countries/market.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and convert it into actionable recommendations.
- Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and third-party reporting dashboards.
