We’re looking for a dedicated and well experienced HR professional to join our organization to undertake the following tasks,
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Selection:
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees and facilitate effective communication.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems to track employee performance and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support career development plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
- Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures, communicating changes to employees as necessary.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Culture and Engagement:
- Champion the company culture and values, driving initiatives to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
- Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Training and Development
- Facilitate and oversee the implementation of training and development programs within the organization to enhance employee skills and competencies in alignment with strategic objectives
- Overseeing maintenance & administration related work areas as and when required.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and understanding of legal regulations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter, proactive, responsible, and results oriented
